November 2026 Cohort
Over six weeks you bring your own HR work into six practice lessons and leave with AI prompts and templates you will use again, a record of how you verified them, and a credential a person confirmed rather than a certificate of attendance.
Built by an HR leader who did this work inside organizations large and small, and then built this program so other HR teams could do the same.

The NCSHRM code is automatically applied when you click the "Register Today" button.
And You Get:
AIQ Level 1 Certificate awarded upon final review of completion
Your AI Work Portfolio as evidence that you are confident and competent using AI
Got Questions?
HR carries two jobs at once: You have to learn to use AI well on your own work, which includes compensation, performance, learning and development, recruiting, investigations, and terminations. You are also the group the organization calls on to develop AI skills for the rest of the teams. You cannot lead the second convincingly until you have done the first with confidence.
You learn exactly where the line is and how to practice on realistic synthetic data so you never have to test it with a real record.
You did and you went back to your pre-AI work habits afterward. This program produces multiple AI assets you can use right away because you built them around your own work.
You really can't, yet. You have to build your own confidence first by using your own real work tasks. Then, when you work with other teams, you are describing something you have actually done.
Week 1
one hour each, over 3 days
The full AIQ Advantageâ„¢ core curriculum, taught live with HR examples. Session 1 covers directing AI with confidence and where the boundary sits for HR data. Session 2 covers building and verifying one useful AI interaction. Session 3 covers turning a success into a reusable system.
Weeks 1-6
feedback on every lesson
45–60 minutes each week. You work on real tasks from your own job, one lesson a week. After each lesson, you submit a Learner Report and Paul sends you written feedback on it. Knowing that someone will read your work is what keeps you motivated to finish.
Capstone
human review of your work
Your six lessons produce the evidence. Paul reviews it against the AIQ Level 1 evaluation rubric and confirms the outcome himself. Nothing is awarded automatically.
Each lesson is a new piece for your work portfolio and builds continuity so that you don't have to keep starting over.
Pick the recurring HR task worth fixing and develop a Bottleneck Breakthrough Plan
Turn a vague request into clear direction, then improve it on evidence from the output
Use Role, Tone, and Style on a message that has to land with a real audience
Build the Verification Record that makes the work defensible to Legal, and to you
Snippets, placeholders, and a master template, tested on a second, different case
Five readiness conditions, the human checkpoints, and a decision you can defend
Not a certificate of attendance. Four things you can open, use, and show someone, plus a credential a person confirmed.
Your Job Profile, the tool and data boundaries you work inside, and recurring HR tasks worth automating
A structured prompt, purposeful revisions, and a verification record showing what you checked and why
Formatted prompts and templates, proven on a different input, not just the one it was built for
Organized against the AIQ Level 1 evaluation rubric, with the human checkpoints reviewed by Paul

Paul Carney built the HR AI Accelerator for one reason: nobody was teaching HR professionals how to develop their confidence in AI. Today the program helps HR professionals build real, applied AI fluency in their day-to-day work.
Paul has done this work himself. He has driven AI adoption inside HR organizations, engineered AI-driven interview simulations that turn hiring managers into better interviewers, and designed synthetic-data training environments where teams practice high-stakes conversations without putting any real employee data at risk.
His perspective comes from 35 years at the intersection of HR, business, curriculum design, and technology, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Carter Bank and, before that, leading worldwide talent acquisition and HR operations at Navy Federal Credit Union.
Learn AI from someone who has sat in the CHRO chair, understands what people and AI each do best, and knows exactly what you're being asked to deliver.
The practical implication about the credential
Finishing the sessions does not award an AIQ Level 1 certification. You earn it by completing all six lessons, submitting your evidence portfolio, showing one changed-input transfer test and then Paul confirms it. A credential that arrives automatically is not worth putting on your profile.
All three virtual sessions are recorded and available online within 24 hours. Weekly lessons and feedback work on your schedule regardless.
No. Use whichever tool your organization has approved. The program is tool-neutral by design.
Three hours of live sessions in week one, plus 45–60 minutes for each weekly lesson, for about 9 hours total.
Every lesson includes a synthetic data option so you can complete the full program without using a single real record.
We offer credit card, debit card, and direct bank withdrawal by default. We can also work with you to invoice your organization.
We guarantee you will produce practical, usable AI prompts and templates. If after completing the six Practice Lab lessons you do not believe we have helped you develop those, we will refund the fee you have paid minus a 10% processing fee.
The November cohort starts November 3. Over six weeks you bring your own HR work into six practice lessons and leave with AI prompts and templates you will use again, a record of how you verified them, and a credential a person confirmed rather than a certificate of attendance.
